What is our Return Policy?
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any UNUSED products within one week (7) days from the date of delivery.
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept returns on international orders. We are happy to assist you if you contact us for any questions or details on size/fit before your purchase.
Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that you CONTACT US so that you will be guided for the free-return process and receive a confirmation via email valid for either EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT.
Any returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received by you. If the item does not fit, we can exchange it for another size or item.
All SALE/DISCOUNT items are final.
Please contact us by email and give us the reason for your return, and we will arrange for free return. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products if you ship your return without contacting us first.
